		<description>Really great points.  Do you know if Ohio is pursuing other strategies for keeping graduates in-state?  Different things matter to different people so taking a multi-faceted approach would make sense in this case - and housing discounts may be PART of the solution.  As a previously out-of-state Michigan student, I imagine having a student loan easement plan for out-of-state students would have encouraged my sticking around.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Unfortunately building a vibrant culture in a city center does not happen over night.</description>
