		<description>My hometown was voted a &quot;cool city&quot; and it is laughable. In a county of under 3,000 people and three trailer parks in city limits there is nothing cool about it. That program is a joke. Like most of the state it is missing a real effort to change and consequently is falling way behind in the competition to attract young bright minds.</description>
