I was "Generation Y" in Flint, 30 yrs ago - my experiences then were very much like what the callers/writers are describing now. This coverage is great - it IS possible to dig in your heels and make living in Michigan a satisfying and rewarding experience. It's not for everyone, but let's be honest...this is a state full of opportunity, challenges, and an awesome quality of living, if you decide to make it happen. Hard?...yes Worth it?...yes

Opportunity? Who are you trying to kid?
