Focus more on the needs of our education, mainly the education of children. Create and offer more jobs to build a better workin community rather than loads of couch potatoes and people leavimg the state. Invent longer lasting roads to prevent so much construction that drives residentd away.

Make Michigan a technology hub. Train all fresh out of school kids in IT areas. They can catch it up pretty soon.
Stop worrying about selling anything at first, improve quality in anything and everything produced.
Recruit people and create a department to rebuild Michigan.
