		<description>Community engagement is such a good idea, it&#039;s surprising there&#039;s not more of it going on already. I think that&#039;s the real solution to retention. When you plug people into communities they start to lay down roots and think twice about that job in Chicago. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great post, I really enjoyed it!</description>
